The Mount Vernon® Duck Canvas we use is an America Classic. To us that means it is an America staple from the start and ages gracefully. This 12oz has a plain weave and is a very solid fabric. This fabric is the starting point for all American workwear. It is Sanforized, and there will be some stretch and shrinkage, but not as much as a denim weave The base color is Navy. It’s truly an America Classic.
The Workman waistcoat is made in MOUNT VERNON ® CANNONBALL duck canvas and full satin quilted liner. I put a heavy duty #10 brass zipper. All the pockets are reinforced with saddle rivets and the bottom pockets are also lined with the quilted satin liner for extra warmth. Also i added the 2x2 rib knit around the collar to hug around the neck.
