MANUFACTURING TIME FOR ALL CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Lead time to Complete custom orders are 6 to 8 month maximum. This will be strictly enforced and cancellations BEFORE 8 months will be charged 50% fee for the total order amount  

Again delays do happen due depending on the complexity of a custom order. When possible customers will be advised if lead times are not attainable.

The 6-8 month custom production lead time is only an estimate and

"NOT A GUARANTEE."

i will do my best to get these orders out earlier if i can. 

Change requests made to standing orders will delay the manufacturing time and original lead times may not be honored. Therefore make sure  all your details are as you wish upfront when you place your original order.

These items are hand made  [ "bespoke"] and made to order just for ''YOU".

These items are not off the rack items and each item
is "CUSTOM" made just for ''YOU".

So once the order has been placed we will do everything possible to work with you.
After the 5 days we order the fabric and trims for your order and we start cutting and processing your order for sewing. This means we have already spent money and time on your order. NO REFUNDS  OR CANCELLATIONS (cancel fees apply) will be made after that.

ALL CUSTOM PATTERN WORK IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.  All custom pattern work is done outside the shop and once the order is placed we pay our outside pattern maker for the work, All custom pattern work is non refundable.

If you decide to cancel your order after we process the order YOUR ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

WHEN YOU PAY FOR OUR SERVICE OR PRODUCT THUR PAYPAL YOU AGREE THAT THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED.

 

We have the right to revoke all and any guarantees. If you place any or a dispute in with your payment service for this CUSTOM order, you forfeit all and any guarantees , discounts and if any custom add ons that are placed on the order you did not pay for will be billed in full, and all discounts on the order will be forfeit and will be billed in full,  once any or a dispute with your payment service is invoked.

 AGAIN, please call us and we will always work something out with you. We understand that things happen and we will do our best to work out any issues but you also need to understand that we are a small business and not a large company and the money we get fro each order is used to buy materials for your Custom order, IN THE EVENT that any material or trim on your order is no longer available , CFDCo has the right to substitute any or all material or trim on the order with a "similar" material or trim that is equal to or great in value of what is on the initial order.
