 Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment Structure

  - 100% payment required in full at time of order placement
- All payments are non-refundable and represent a contractual agreement for custom manufacturing

 Order Acknowledgment and Acceptance

-Placing an order with Ciano Farmer Denim Company constitutes a legally binding contract.
Customers explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  1.   This is a CUSTOM/BESPOKE [ specially made for a particular person, organization, or purpose ], made-to-order product
  2.   No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  3.   The product is manufactured to specific customer specifications


 Custom Manufacturing Terms

 Production Timeline

  • Estimated production lead time: 6 to 8 months from order date
  • Lead time is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date
  • Timelines may be less due to demand. Meaning you may get it earlier
  • Timelines may be extended due to:
  •  Material sourcing
  •  Design complexity
  •  Custom specification requirements


 Cancellation and Modification Policy
- **Cancellation Fee**

* All payments are non-refundable
  Cancellation requests will result in:
    * 100% forfeiture of funds for products
Cancellation Reversals by Credit Card or 3rd Party Payment will result in:
* 50% retention of deposit for outerwear products
Change requests may:
  •    Extend production timeline
  •    Incur additional design or modification fees
  •    Potentially require a new order at full price

Dispute Resolution and Credit Card Claims
   Customers explicitly acknowledge that:

  1.  This is a custom manufacturing agreement
  2.   Products are created to specific individual specifications
  3.   No standard return or refund provisions apply

  • Customers waive rights to standard retail return policies
  •  Any credit card chargeback or dispute will be contested based on:
  •  Custom manufacturing agreement
  •  Explicit non-refundable terms and retention of 50% deposit if  Manufacturing timeline is not meet
 
 Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
  •  Provide accurate and complete specifications
  •  Confirm all design details before order finalization
  •  Understand the non-standard nature of custom manufacturing and  timelines
  • No modifications or returns will be accepted after order confirmation
**No refund policy**

Limitation of Liability
  •   Ciano Farmer Denim Company's total liability is limited to:
  •   Repair or replacement of defective products
  •   Maximum value not to exceed the original order amount
  •  No additional compensation will be provided

We have the right to revoke all and any guarantees. If you place any or a dispute in with your payment service for this CUSTOM order, you forfeit all and any guarantees , discounts and if any custom add ons that are placed on the order you did not pay for will be billed in full, and all discounts on the order will be forfeit and will be billed in full,  once any or a dispute with your payment service is invoked.

 AGAIN, please call us and we will always work something out with you. We understand that things happen and we will do our best to work out any issues but you also need to understand that we are a small business and not a large company and the money we get fro each order is used to buy materials for your Custom order, IN THE EVENT that any material or trim on your order is no longer available , CFDCo has the right to substitute any or all material or trim on the order with a "similar" material or trim that is equal to or great in value of what is on the initial order.
